Since our offerings include handmade products and curated experiences,
our refund policy varies based on the type of purchase.
Handmade Products
All our products are carefully handmade or curated. Due to the nature of
these items:
- Refunds are only applicable if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or altered items
- Items returned without original packaging
Experiences & Workshops
Bookings for cultural experiences, workshops, and events are
non-refundable. However:
- Rescheduling may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion
- If an event is cancelled by StyleFill, a full refund will be issued
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the
original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at support@stylefill.shop with your order ID,
reason for the request, and supporting images or videos.
